Loko Full Suspension Guide

The full suspension Loko Atc 70 kit offers 4 different frame options and 3 swingarm options. Starting with the Loko frame, Loko first gen 73-74, Loko+3, and Loko-R. All the frames will fit a stock atc70 engine or any pitbike based engine from 70cc-212cc. Optional aluminum battery box with starter solenoid mount is offered separately and mounts between the frame with grab bar hardware. cdi and rectifier mounts are positioned between the upper engine brackets. Below are details on the frame and swingarm options. 

 Loko                         

this frame is setup to oe specs, no stretch, so you can transfer over 95% of your stock atc70 parts. stock oe metal fuel tanks, plastic or fiberglass replacements will work. Carburetor clearance is tight with oe tank use and could require some spacers or rotating low profile intake. Loko aluminum fuel tank is also an option, this tank offers better carburetor clearance. Stock fenders and seat mounting brackets are used. Mini-R fiberglass or plastic fenders also fit and offer more clearance for 18in tires. 

Loko 73-74              

this frame is setup for the first gen 73-74 Atc 70 fuel tank and is stretched 3 inches to  accommodate for the longer tank. It uses the smaller 73-74 fuel tank rubber front mounts and second gen Atc 70 (78-85) tank rear rubber mount. Second gen fenders and seat/mounts are used. The First gen seat foam with second gen seat pan can be custom fitted as pictured. 

Loko +3                   

this frame is setup for the bigger ape fuel tank used on stretched Atc70's including a 3in stretch. second gen fuel tank mounting rubbers are required.  stock fenders and seat mounting brackets are used. Mini-R fiberglass or plastic fenders also fit and offer more clearance for 18in tires. 

Loko-R                

the one and only Loko-R is a custom setup frame to use a mix of fuel tank, seat and fender combo. this frame has a 2in stretch with custom rear seat mounting  and fuel tank mount position. You will need a 89-99 Z50 fuel tank, 86-87 Trx70 seat and rear fender. A modified second gen Atc70 front seat bracket is included with the frame and 2 M6 studs/nuts for the rear. Mini-R maier front fender is recommended to use. (not pictured)

Swingarms                  

All 3 swingarms offer a +2 rear stretch over oe atc70 wheel base and fit all loko frames only. Ride height is the same for all 3 swingarms. The major differences are styling and weight. 

Arched Loko Swingarm    

The signature arched swingarm is the first mini arched swingarm made exclusively for the Loko. This is the lightest swingarm available with custom styling. weighs 4.8lb 

Straight Oval Tube Swingarm

this swingarm offers a simple clean straight look. Weighs 5.4lb

Straight Square Tube Swingarm

This swingarm was developed for the Loko-R frame to mimic and mini pro-link swingarm. this is the heaviest weighing in at 6.7lb

 Loko Full Suspenion Ride Height

The recommended front fork length is 650mm and rear shock length 12in eye to eye. Forks and rear shocks are sold separately. This setup will offer enough clearance and travel to run 18in front and rear tires properly setup with a rider weight of 250lbs max.  

600mm length forks can be used on the full suspension loko frames, but only recommended with 7in wheel and 16in tire. Also rider weight shouldn't exceed 185 lbs.
