If you want the most bolt in power for your Atc70, this is the one! You will need to upgrade to an aftermarket exhaust and get a quality carburetor. A genuine keihn pe28 carburetor is recommended. Pull start conversion is also recommended, so no rear fender modifications are needed. Both of these items are sold seperately. Send a email if you need assistance.
